No way to return goods

Ordered a pair of Crocs from Crocs.com
I am size 6/39 and ordered size LADIES 38/39 but the Crocs I received are much much too big. In fact it says on the bag M5 W6 and on the sole US M6 W8
want to return them but Crocs make this
impossible, not recognizing the order number.
When I do find another number (PO number)
that it will accept it then says it doesn't recognize the order.
And so it goes on, you just go round in circles, no chat person online, no email address to contact but you are free to write to an address in the USA. Pfff

Terrible customer service

I ordered a pair for my son and they never made the delivery. Instead, about 3 weeks later I get an email late in the evening stating that they have received a return request for my order! I never even received the shoes nor did I request to return them. The next day I received another email stating that they received my return. I chatted with an agent live and after explaining what had happened he told me it could have been because there was missing information in the address I provided. I told him that wasn't the case, after checking of course! He said it could've been a number of reasons as to why my shoes got sent back to their warehouse but there was nothing they could do. I'd have to wait for them to receive the shoes in order to get a refund and then I had to reorder the shoes. I asked Yoan A "what if I place another order and this happens again?" He answered that there is a risk that it would happen again and that I was welcome to go purchase in the store. If I'm placing an order online, it's because I don't have the time to go to the store, because it's too far, and for many other reasons. Shortly after that answer he sent another message saying he was sorry he couldn't help and finished the chat. This is terrible on customer service on Croc's part. They couldn't figure out what happened with my order, they couldn't do anything to get my order back to me. All they suggest is to go to the store or reorder the product with no guarantee this would happen all over again. Extremely frustrating!!

Atrocious to deal with

Never received a confirmation email, no order number, received a pair that were smaller and narrower than the size down eventually. Sat on hold for an hour to get a customer service representative who finally was able to locate and claimed they were defective and would ship me a new pair and send me an email confirming ….:never received either. Went to their live chat and finally another half hour later after getting snippy they said they would refund my card. I screenshot the confirmation number and conversation to ensure I can refute the charges if they don’t refund as they claim. I will NEVER order from them again. Their customer service is atrocious.

I accidently ordered one size down

I accidently ordered one size down. Got in contact right away, Hadn't proccessed, or shipped or anything. I wanted to either change the size or cancel the order. Nope, not possible, now I get the headache of returning/shipping these back etc. Terrible Customer Service. Me "can you do this?" Them "No" Me "Can you do this?" Them "No" Me "Is their anything you can do" Them "We can only say no". Brutal, never experienced anything that terrible before.

Horrible service

Horrible service, I ordered a pair for express two day shipping costing an extra $15. Took them two days to even ship it out, I would’ve been better off doing regular delivery. Customer service didn’t help at all, I would avoid ordering from here at all cost. Terrible service.

No response from customer service and the crocs just didn't came

I've been waiting a while for my crocs to be delivered. Yesterday it said they came but i had nothing so i started e-mailing and chatting via whatsapp. No response. And when i called the man behind the phone just said he couldn't do anything about it. I have seen this problem occur more on the truspilot whebsite so, Crocs step up your game and give people where they have paid for

Ordered 1 pair of crocs and 6 croc pins paid $112 NZD. I received a fisherman’s hat worth about $2. No response to my emails. Never shop from this website

It's an inept company. They do not have quality staffing. They mess up your order and they offer a coupon for their mistake. They do not offer satisfactory service.
